Summaverick Research · ServiceNow
What do you want to know about ServiceNow?
Answers written from the official ServiceNow documentation, with every claim numbered back to the page it came from. Ask follow-ups like you would in any chat.
Written answers are only produced when an answer model is enabled on this deployment. Otherwise you get the matching documentation pages. Check the numbered sources before you act on an answer.
What every answer carries.
The parts you need to decide whether to trust it, on the page, not in a log.
-
Numbered sources
Each claim ends with a number that opens the documentation page it came from. The sources show before the answer finishes, so you can start reading them straight away.
-
An evidence gate
No answer is written unless enough documentation matched. When it did not, you are told so, rather than handed a confident guess.
-
Injection screening
Questions that try to rewrite the tool's instructions are stopped before any model call. Retrieved pages are passed to the model as data, never as instructions.
-
Read-only by design
Nothing here can write to a ServiceNow instance. Mutating SDK commands, credential and HR tables, and unapproved deletions are refused by policy.
How a question is answered.
Every run follows the same steps, and the panel beside each answer shows them as they happen.
- 01
Classify
Works out the intent and the product areas involved, and screens the question.
- 02
Retrieve
Reads the Fluent SDK reference and the ServiceNow product documentation. A live instance layer exists and is off unless you enable it.
- 03
Rank
Removes duplicates and ranks pages by relevance and by how authoritative the source is.
- 04
Gate
Checks there is enough evidence to cite, and redacts sensitive fields if any appear.
- 05
Write and cite
Writes the answer only from those pages, numbering each claim to its source.
Measured, not claimed.
A fixed suite of ServiceNow questions and adversarial prompts runs against the deployed classifier and safety gates. These are the current results. They test routing and safety, not the wording of written answers.

Run it on your own ServiceNow knowledge.
This page answers from the public documentation. The same pipeline can run inside your estate, on the sources your team actually uses.
-
Your documentation
Internal runbooks, knowledge base articles and architecture notes, cited the same way as the public docs.
-
Your Fluent repositories
Answers that read your scoped apps' source, so "where is this defined?" gets a file, not a guess.
-
Your instance, read-only
Metadata queries against allowlisted tables, with sensitive fields redacted and nothing written back.

What this tool does and does not do
- It only covers ServiceNow: the product documentation and the Fluent SDK. Anything else is turned away rather than guessed at.
- A numbered source shows where a claim came from. It does not prove the answer is correct or complete, so read the source before you act on it.
- Questions that read like an attempt to change the tool's instructions are rejected before any model call. That is a filter, not a guarantee.
- Reading a live ServiceNow instance is off here. Nothing on this page writes to an instance.
- Questions are rate limited, so heavy use will be asked to wait. Runs are kept so they can be shared by link.
